About
Me:
Hi, my name is Noah. I’m an undergrad at the University of California Santa Barbara pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering. When I’m in front of a computer I like to code, play games, and write. When I’m not, I’m usually hiking, running, climbing, or on a road trip somewhere. Oh, and I LOVE the Grateful Dead.
Please feel free to contact me if you want to collaborate, hire me, or simply say hi. For employers, you can find my cv here.
Navigation:
The primary content is found in the projects, writing, and notes sections. There is also the connect section, listing my various links, the about section (where you currently are), and the archive, showing all posts chronologically. At any time you can hit the tilde (~) button to go back to the home page. If you click the Yin-Yang symbol in the bottom right, you can toggle between Dark and Light mode.
The Site:
This website was made with Jekyll, a static site generator, and is hosted with Github Pages. It was originally based on the no-style-please theme, but no longer depends on it and has since changed a lot. The site is meant to be embody the “Apple Philosophy” of a minimal yet elegant style. The site is content and accessibility first—it uses minimal CSS and no necessary Javascript, though will undoubtedley work better with Javascript enabled. It works on all major browsers, mobile and desktop.
As an extension of myself, the site is also a work in progress. Be mindful of errors and changes. This site is a place for me to showcase my interests, creations, and pursuits. You can find a curation of my writings, projects, observations, and more. This is not strictly a professional portfolio, nor a personal blog, but more holistically a platform where I intend to post a lot of my work.
