About
About me
My name is Noah. I am a computer engineering student at the University of California Santa Barbara. Like most human beings my interests are broad, though I particularly enjoy anything related to nature, technology, science, math, dogs (woof), literature, and much more. Please feel free to contact me if you want to collaborate, hire me, or simply say hi.
About the site
Simply put, this site is a place for me to store anything I want to show the world or represent me. You can find a curation of my writings, projects, observations, and more. This is not strictly a professional portfolio, nor just a personal blog, but is more holistically a platform where I intend to post a lot of my work.
How to navigate the site
The website is designed to be easy to use.
You can find New and Pinned Posts at the top, or you can descend into the various content categories below. The primary content is found in the projects, writing, and notes sections. There is also the connect section, listing my various links, the about section (where you currently are), and the index, which allows you to find specific articles by tag. At any time you can hit the tilde (~) button to go back to the home page.
About the site itself
This website uses Jekyll, a static website generator. It is inspired by the no-style-please theme, though no longer depends on it. The site is hosted using GitHub Pages, uses minimal CSS and no necessary JavaScript, (Though some features will obviously work better with these features enabled) and works on all browsers (most browsers).
At some point I’ll writeup a verbose explanation behind the construction and philosophy of this site, as a lot has gone into it.
